Single-Storey Residential Rear Extension, Liverpool – UK

This project involved the development of a single-storey rear extension to an existing residential property in Liverpool. The proposed extension was designed to increase internal living space, improve the functionality of the home, and enhance the overall residential layout.

Conserve was responsible for delivering the RIBA Stage 4 technical design package, including coordinated construction drawings, technical detailing, and design coordination. The project was developed in accordance with UK residential design standards and Building Regulations, providing a compliant and buildable solution for construction.
